About Us
Jewish Family Service of San Antonio (JFS) strives to enhance the quality of life of individuals and families of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds in San Antonio and the surrounding area, through social, mental health, and educational programs guided by the Jewish values of “repairing the world” and “taking responsibility for each other”.
Additionally, JFS seeks to remove the financial barriers to mental health and social services in our community.

Andrea DeLeon is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for working alongside individuals, communities and agencies to provide equitable and quality mental health care. With over 8 years of experience practicing in the mental health field, Andrea has specialties in the treatment of acute trauma and stress related disorders, substance dependency, and women’s issues. She utilizes CBT, CPT, EMDR with her clients and works to provide support and training as the Clinical Director of the JFS team. In her personal time Andrea enjoys hiking, reading, attending art shows and spending time with her pets at home.
